The one on the left is Erwin Johannes Rommel. He is "holding hands" with Gina Montana, resting on the original Persian "Isfahan" from 1914. Nothing but the best for my lifelong friends.

Had to add: She is the Alpha, and their relation in the picture clearly shows it. She is pretty, and she knows it. He is trying to cozy up to her, and she "lets him" when she's in the mood. Typical pretty female of any species.
