Grips come off, mag comes out although its way different inside. The rest of it doesn't (readily) come apart, although from 2 feet away its VERY hard to tell it apart from the real thing. It even looks like a shoulder stock would fit, although given
cliffdropover1's experience, who knows?

The grips won't interchange, although they're VERY close and probably could be crossed with a bit of work.
