Default my collection

A while ago a fellow forum member asked what i collected. So, this arvo i got my pistols and photographed them for you guys!
The lugers from top to bottom are: 1913 erfurt amn except the mag, 1918 dwm amn except the mag and a 1911 erfurt amn including the mag.
The 1911 is a british contract model. There is also a 45colt bisley, a 1903 colt pocket hammer and a colt police positive.
The top webley is a mark 5 and the bottom one is a mark 4.
The mauser is amn including the stock. S/n 31xxx
I have holsters and spare mags for the lugers. The 1911 erfurt came with a converted reichs revolver holster.
And the furry things are 2x baby kangaroos (joeys) that my wife is hand rearing.
Cheers, Philip

Could consider adding a Red 9 into the collection. There are good ones showing up from time to time.

roo meat......it has been that long since I ate some that I can't remember. I do know that it is a very lean meat, not much fat at all. If you get one for the pot it is always advisable to get a small one as the big ones get to rank and tough.

Hello Philip and welcome to the forum!

What a diverse collection! You have many of what are considered "holy grail" guns here - the core of a collection.

Are the kangaroos being raised to release into the wild?

Here, my television station http://unctv.org uses a kangaroo as a children's character to promote reading. She is named "Rita Roo" - or "Read - a - roo"... We even have a human size suit for her to allow appearances at events. She is rather popular in the area!

Thanks for your input guys!
The roos are going to be released but in about 4-5 months time. They are both females and both have quite individual personalities.
On the collection front, I am busy flogging rifles and bits and pieces to finance an amn arty rig. Like a fool I sold a rig that i bought when i was 18 to buy a beretta trap shotgun(about 12 years ago).......sold an appreciating asset to buy a depreciating asset.
