I had a 1900 with no rear sight and ended up buying one from the LugerDoc.

Yes, since it's a matching number, that's the way to go. Much smaller than a stock lug repair, if it's to be built back up with weld. So it may not be too pricey to bring this back. Thor's work will knock your socks off!
