Hi Big Norm!

Sorry - I missed this in my earlier reply.

The letter was from Carl Burchardt (note the Ã¢??uÃ¢?? rather than an Ã¢??oÃ¢??) of the Patent Bureau in Berlin. No relation to Hugo Borchardt.
