Welcome to the forum Gary. I moved your posting from the end of another thread to its own.
A actual Bannerman at 3k is a good deal - provided that it is a 1900 AE Test. Pictures of one or both would be very helpful - 1. to show its a 1900 and 2. to help ID it. Pictures of top, each side and markings, to include serial number area. A 1900 marked Germany (I presume germany and not german) would be a bit surprising at that serial number, so would love to see photos. Ed
