But if you posted a thread in 'Wanted To Buy' with a description of what you wanted done...Like maybe "Machinist Services Wanted: Have 12 inch Ron Powers slab-sided revolver barrel, would like it threaded & chambered to fit my Luger barrel extension. Also have Bo-Mar BMCS rear sight, would like it mounted on my Luger rear toggle", someone might be interested enough to take on such a job.

Just a suggestion. Such mods are not in my own area of interest (or skill level), but I can see how an amateur gun hack might be intrigued enough to take on such a project.
