I can't make out the suffix letter in your photo of the front of the frame serial number. If it's a "k", your Luger would be a "DWM Alphabet Commercial" from the 1923 timeframe in Weimar Germany. If it's a "p" it would be 1924 or so... The grips you installed are of a type used by the Russians on rebuilt captured Lugers.
