Probably have to open a case to cancel bid.

Alternatively, it must be easy to call Ebay service representative to cancel bid. They won't force bidder to buy things that he does not like, or changes mind.

But $650 historical bid proved one thing -- $650 was virtually nothing for bidders, as long as no one says it's too high

The price of a steel tube can be anywhere, $50, or $650.
