Ay up James, first of all welcome to this forum, I'm sure here you will find a lot of Luger enthusiasts that will be ready to give you an opinion about your purchase.
Don't worry we all make mistakes, even the most knowledgeable and wisest of us do make mistakes. Did you get a collectible or a shooter? If you can it would be interesting to see some photos of your Luger- All the best Sergio
