Default Get Together in Tulsa?

I would enjoy the company of forum members at a dinner. I propose Friday evening and of those of you from the Tulsa area I would appreciate a recommendation of a restaurant that could acommodate a group of us. I think I can count on at least 10 folks right now and lets see how many more would like to attend. Thanks.
Ron

Default Dinner

Hi Ron,
Just made reservations at Hyatt Regency. I would certainly consider it an honor to have dinner with you and whoever else will attend. My cell is 337-303-8042.

Mike

BTW: I will have that newly acquired Swiss wide trigger with me, in case you would like to see it.(Not at the restaurant)

Ron, I'm from the Tulsa area. I would love to meet some of the forum members. I'll need to check plans with my wife, but at the moment I know of no outstanding plans for Friday evening. As for good restaurants , there are quite a few in Tulsa. What type of food do people like?

Leif,
Any restaurant with good food and adult beverages that is conveniently located to the show and could accommodate 10-20 people would be great.

That would be a great thing. Would really like to put people with handles but my house renovation is in swing and I must be here.

Have a great time and drink a pint for me...

I had to roll my table over as I am going to PA for a confirmation Thursday evening.

It is a 5 hour drive from my house to PA. 13 hours from my house to Tulsa. I don't think I can, any more, do an 18 hour drive straight thru.

Ron, my first thought would be Kilkenny Irish pub. https://tulsairishpub.com/ , early evening should be able to get several tables. Later evening might get a bit crowded.

Don,
Looks like a neat place! Is it fairly close to the show and do you think 6:30 or 7:00 pm is too late? Is there an area that could be reserved for our group?
Ron

Its around 5 miles from the fair grounds . They do have a area in the back, they might be able to reserve the tables in that area. A few months back my boss reserved the tables for a lunch with our team..

Thanks to Don's (Leif Thoreson) suggestion, I have made reservations at Kilkenny’s Irish Pub at 1413 E. 15th St. for 6:30 PM on Friday 8 November. They are expecting our group to be 10 to 20 people and are a little flexible on the number. They will contact me earlier in the day on Friday to see if there are any last minute changes. They have a nice varied menu and of course appropriate liquid refreshments. I have a fairly good handle on about 10-15 people that might be attending. If any of you that haven’t already indicated your attendance via the forums plan to join the group it would be a big help if you could let me know sometime Thursday.
Thanks,
Ron

Sergio,
I wish you could come. I think you would have a lot of fun. Happy Birthday in advance! You are 15 years younger than me so you are still a young man!
