Ron Smith User Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Orygun Posts: 4,243 Thanks: 118 Thanked 245 Times in 150 Posts	It's 12th Infantry Regiment, not 12th Infantry. 12th Bavarian Regiment was part of the 2nd Bavarian Infantry Div. 1st Army Corps. 2nd Div. was deployed to Russia from 1914 until 1917. Then it was transferred to Belgium and to France Dec. 1917. It was never used in assaults, but used to hold captured sectors.
