I have used nail polish remover for paint and other coatings and it works well. The main ingrediant in nail polish remover is acetone to which some oils have been added to keep from drying out the skin around the nail. (I swiped the wife's nail polish remover one time when I ran out of acetone ) __________________ If it's made after 1918...it's a reproduction
