I work in aviation and we had till a couple of years ago a Spanish Heinkel 111 stored on our airfield near Paris.

It was sold to the US.

It needed a full restoration but today with the right funds more and more projects are being rebuilt.

A pilot friend of mine living in Phoenix told me about a flight he made in a Spanish built 111 in the US with one engine out.

I will show him the pics next time I see him, but I guess it could very well be this one.
