The liberal's mindset best I can figure: It's so terribly wrong to discriminate against anyone for anything. Unless of course we are the ones who want to discriminate, because we like our reasons and we are better than you.

Hmmm... I heard aiming by eyes, that's entry level shooting. Aiming by feeling, that's advanced shooting

Just kidding, never mind. I have seen a few guys could shoot from hip position, but they still look at the target.
