Tony,

All I did was suggest you look at some guns of a better quality. I think you did just fine. Yes the grips are repro, but that was stated. You certainly did not get ripped off, which is where you appeared to be heading. Unfortunately there are a lot of sharks and crooks out there looking to sell their junk to a newbie like you. Congrats on your first Luger - let us know how it shoots!
