Help - What's it worth?

Thanks so much for the input (I read the private message). I will be stripping the frame and selling everything BUT the frame itself. Rather ironic, really. I've been in law enforcement and corrections for 14 years (obviously not an ATF agent though). Neither my father nor I would be interested in dealing with a potentially illegal weapon.
