Just like the anti-gun politicians, you're forgetting the simple fact that only the law abiding citizens will obey the laws. You just have to go out of state, then you can buy it without any problems, stick it in the trunk and bring it home. Simple as that. I can't recall ever having to show ID at the local shows, only a few times when doing FTF transactions. Sad, but true.
