Default 1953 Thalmann/VoPo Lugers???

I noticed lugerskewl's album pic today -

- And did a Q&D Search and found a couple other references to this facility -

Has any other supporting evidence turned up on these Lugers since those old threads???

There is extensive information about these pistols in Police Lugers.

Here is another oddball VoPo.

This is one of a handful of newly made DDR pistols which only carry the crown/N proof marks, no further markings, and only the serial number on frame, receiver and magazine.

1001 manufacturers marking on the frame rail.

'Police Lugers' is a very good addition to the Luger book library, this pistol is also shown in that book.
