Our system of law goes back to our constitution and articles and before it English common law. A person is not guilty until proven beyond reasonable doubt. Emotions and hearsay sometimes muddy the truth. I know nothing regarded the gentleman but ask us to reserve judgement until all the facts are in! And then only those facts that are proven beyond doubt not mearly a preponderance of admissable evidence which only applies to civil Law. If the tables were turned we would hope and pray the same!
