A 30 luger 1911 barrel, who can do it?

My guess is that if you have the barrel and magazine in hand you are going to find you need a new recoil spring. I say this because I have a Ruger P89 in 7.65 Parabellum. This is a factory jssue pistol and has a different recoil spring than the 9 mm. Even so, it does not cycle in a very enthusiastic msnner even though it has never failed to cycle.
