Bob, there are no exact production totals, just estimates based on factory documentation and observed pistol serial numbers.

About 4,700 .30 luger pistols were made, in several configurations and barrel lengths.
About 15,000 9mm pistols were made, again in several configuration and barrel lengths.

There are not 2 but 3 frame types used in the .30 luger variation:
Swiss frame, Swiss opening curve: approx. 1000 pistols.
Swiss frame, Modified opening curve.
P08 style frame.

The Swiss frame, Swiss opening curve was not used on the 9mm pistols, so they have only 2 frame variations:
Swiss frame, Modified opening curve.
P08 style frame.
