probably not specific for a Luger but ebay has all sorts of antique screw drivers that have many chances to fit a Luger

Europe has a much longer history of gunsmithing and machines that require screwdrivers than the USA. There are likely to be millions of these fine old screwdrivers found in Europe..They are beautiful antiques but not attached to anything in particular?
