I completly agree with all the above posts, particularly with Ron Woods advice to do your physical therapy religiously and you will be one happy camper. I did much more home therapy then required and my therapist let me stay at his business after my session was over to use the equipment and I think it really paid off, a quick recovery, no pain and more flexibility then the average patient.
