it is not completed yet, but it will have the thick rubber over the firing hole as required, it is a bit over built using heavy wall 22 inch high pressure pipe as the structure , the muffleras stated was attached to reduce the noice of the muzzel blast, here are a set of directions the military uses for construction of a clearing barrel. http://www.usarak.army.mil/policies/...20Encl%203.pdf
