Whether it is a collector piece or a shooter is sort of a judgement call by whomever you ask. It doesn't seem hugely valuable, maybe $1500 on the rig, so why not roll those dice and test fire it? On the other hand, if you want a Luger to throw in the range bag and shoot a lot, then get a mismatched or otherwise "molested" gun.
I'm also wondering about the value of a 1934 holster. Holster guys?
