Anyone getting a STG-44 (22 LR) carbine?

Ive seen the ads for this as well......and just wish they had at least gone to .22 Magnum........a little more kick to it.......

I was at the South Carolina Arms Collectors show in Greenville this past weekend and the friend I was visiting acquired one for himself. I left for home before he had a chance to try it out. But it felt nice to hold. It is heavy.

One thing I would like to see is a small magazine as the one that comes with the rifle can be difficult if one uses a bench or a prone position to shoot it.
