David,
Sounds like Ohio may be your best bet for a WWll mag. You are correct that there is no dating of manuf. on the mag, and some "official" in NYS could make things difficult if caught on a bad day, and wanted to prove a point. If there is a will, there is a way.....they say!! Usually the larger gun shows list there dates and locations on the internet. |
