Need help starting first cleaning of new to me 1906 AE

I ended up only wiping mine down with a preserver, no cleaners or tools etc.

I'm currently trying to setup an online auction to sell it unless someone here is interested.

Had it appraised between 2,400 and 3,000 so I figure I can sell quickly at about 80 to 90% of the lower end of the value.

Is this a better a picture? It is of the other side.
