The pic I didn't get was the front part of the metal grip which was stamped "8.R8.2". The magazine and checkered wood scales don't have a serial number. The pins that run through the toggle are blued on the ends. There is no date on the top of the chamber area. The toggle has "zero" sideway "slop" in the fitting of the parts. The straw parts look 100% to me. The stamped markings look strong to me. The underside of the barrel is marked "55 43" as is the frame adjacent to the barrel stamping. Just below these these numbers is something that looks like a lower case cursive "a". I bought this pistol at a gun show from people who seemed sincere and honest for a good price. I think I got lucky. Can anyone help me identify what I have? Thanks!
