Is this worth trying to restore?

I actually have 0$ into it. Anything I do will just be to bring an old pistol back to life. I can honestly say I probably would not shoot it , I just want it to function properly. It is a low serial# 1900 and I think deserves a second chance.

My preference would be to get & install any missing/broken parts and clean it good and enjoy it as it is...

Anything else would only diminish its value...
