Hi, I think you are mistaking Norway for Finland. Finland did replace their .30 luger barrels with 9mm Tikka made barrels.
Norway kept the P08 (which they cleverly wrangled out of the hands of the retreating Germans) in service 'as is', replacing parts that needed replacing with similar parts. These were both cannibalized parts from other guns, as well as newly made small parts made by the Kongsberg Arsenal. |
