The barrel and magazine are replacements, which can both be good for a shooter. If it shoots safely, $600 shipped is IMHO a good price for a shooter luger! I had a similar one a couple years back, a DDR, and I put black plastic VOPO grips on it. Looked great and was a great shooter. Don't know why I let it go.
