Thanks for the info. Those pics are great and right here on the forum! I do have a question. All of the special made grips I have seen for the Ideal stock are smooth walnut. Those pics by Bob Sptizer show his with checkered grips. Did the Ideal company originally make both styles or are the checkered ones custom? Bob
