God bless you Eric. You take the high road. A fine example for all of us to follow. Watch out, if the word gets out about all those pins, someone will hijack you for scrap metal. I promise I won't tell. Best to you always, Vince

We sometime create our own blinders. After practicing trial law until my world fell apart, I realized I was taking EVERTHING to seriosly. In 1978 during my senior year I had the honor of sharing a mens' bathroom with Justice Thurgood Marshal. I was attending the innaugeration of Seton Hall Law School. The Justice appointed by President Johnson was to deliver a speach. Well I had gone in the faculty restroom. I stood up to the urinal when in came two secret service men in black suit and checked out the stalls and myself. In he walked a towering tall black figure in judicial robe. We exchanged hellos and after peeing next to a Supreme Court Justice I decided to ask Him if He had any advice for a prelaw flegeling. As we got to the sink, He said He could come up a few. He said First 'Don't always try to outrun your own shadow. Second, "If you cant prove your point in two words or less, its you missing your point. Third 'Renew your wedding vows and oath of office daily' He wished me luck and I unfortunatly forgot His advice in the first ten years and messed up 2 marrieges and practice. It finally set in! Thank God I fell in Costa Rica striking me head on my majogony bedframe causuinng a subdural hewmatoma. My present third wife flew done signing as my wife. Preventing the second to take me off life sustaing care and prevented her from collecting a $200k accidental life coverage. What are a few broken bones. I'm serious when I tell You all, You all have helped me so much. The best friends I have apart from Debbie and Justice Marshall. 'RES IPSA LOQUITOR' The facts speak for their own! Luv Ya!

Gosh, I forgot how to spell. Again Eric, God bless you. Thank you for the kind note.

Humility is a hard earned lesson, Lord knows I am still learning. You Sir are a lesson in life for all of us. I think of those that have seen the elephant and those that gazed upon something they did not/could not comprehend. Really glad to call you Brother. This forum produces so many "mia famillia".

Default I'm convinced that everything has a purpose!

Even a pebble can cause a ripple in our universe. Don't try to outrun your shaddow.Since the life experiences I realized now more than ever one word released from a silo of anger can never be recalled or excused. Remember it took but one finger and the pull of one handgun started the first world war and the push of another from a hewre to for Enola Gay ended one seventy years ago. We are all inpressionable at any age. Please guide those who come after us to use those many powers the Good Lord has bestowed us and again please don't be distracted by the past, however good or bad. Focus on now on these moments. Its you who decides whether we are happy or sad, Interpret them as happy.. God gave us a sence of humor. Lets use it more often......One finger, one pull or one push can change our destiny and/or survival!
