It is a semi authentic reproduction of a prototype holster. Not worth the minimum bid nor isit legal to put on an Artillery Luger

I know this comes up periodically, and I've read the BATFE web page on it, but it is my understanding that if the pistol was originally offered with a shoulder stock, then a reproduction is perfectly legal...
I suppose it depends on how accurate the reproduction is, and whether the BATFE has ruled on 'prototype' stocks as being acceptable... Harry just sold one of these a week or so ago, in the For Sale Forum here...
