RG,
Yes, that's the test firing proof. More experienced guys, correct me if I'm wrong. But this mark was squeezed in with the others. It is not usually seen on this series. More of a Mauser mark.
Makes me think it went through the Mauser factory at one time.

As Dwight says, we need more sharp, close up pics. Also the mark on the left of the first toggle hinge. The breech block. Bit of a mystery here.

The 8,82 is the barrel diameter from land to land.

While not really rare, this piece could be considered, uncommon.
