Bob, It's a shame that your Navy toggle assy got rusted. I'm afraid that the pits in the knurlled area with be near impossible to get out and restore properly. Not that an expert restorer couldn't do it, but it probably would cost more to restore than you are asking. I'd still be willing to take a closer look and make you an offer. TH
