Holster, if dry and stiff and not oiled, greased, lubed, polished, recolored, or soaped would be around $140-190 (assuming 1936 dated which most R&B's are in my experience). The tool is $45-60. The pistol sounds like a $600-700 piece but the extra mag adds $150 or so in my misguided opinion.

Hope that gives you a useful data point--others may have other ideas.
