If by "loader" you mean the magazine, which supplies rounds of ammunition to the gun, then it is a Navy magazine, judging from the wood bottom.

In my humble opinion, the 1900 Swiss commercial has the best workmanship, the best rust blue and is overall the most lovingly made of all the lugers.
