True, those who already have what they need won't pay much at all. For example, I have as many AR-15s as I need so I would only pay rock bottom prices to get another one. On top of that I'm a cheapskate and I want to leave as much marigin for resale as possible, so it really has to be dirt cheap for me to buy. Still, I don't really see the prices I'm willing to pay as fair and correct market values.
