Thanks for continuing to post your progress and pictures.

My grandfather was a Swedish machinist, and I was always so impressed with his resourcefulness and ability to visualize and plan projects.

Sounds like your work situation is difficult with the downsizing, but it's noteworthy that you do have customers continuing to demand work in this economy. My grandfather made commercial sewing machines, and worked continuously during the depression in the 1930s.

Too few young people are becoming machinists today!

What level of tolerance are you working to on this project?
