They represent the Schutzpolizei of Liegnitz (S.Li.) and the Schutzpolizei of Koln (S.Ko.). These are post-WWI property stamps per the Prussian Police marking instructions of 1922. Does your pistol have any property markings on the gripstrap or a police safety on the left side of the frame?
