Need help - identity and value of Luger

This gun has been in our family for many years, but I have never researched any details about it.
My main question is about the approx. value.
Is it worth $100, $500, $5000 or what.
I've taken some closeup pictures of any markings I could find on the gun.
If anybody can shed some light on the origin or exactly what type of Luger this is and what the approx. value would be that would be appreciated.
