Unless your Luger has a 16" barrel, yep, it's illegal.

Hi Ryan, Those are 100 meter increments. An Artillery sight is adjustable to 800 meters. Regards, Norm.

Holy cow! I couldn't even begin to fathom how bad of an MOA you would get at 800 meters! Lol
