I spent 9 days in Ireland over the Thanksgiving Holidays... saw the whole green island and was very impressed. Got to see Derry (formerly Londonderry) and Belfast too. Got my mini education on the "troubles" from a guy who lived through it all... he says that he feels that there will be a united Ireland in my lifetime. That's great!

A great vacation that I would recommend to anyone... after all, I am proud of all the Irish blood that's in me (sorry, ...not a drop)...

, but I had a great time.

Great history, great friendly folks, and scenery to knock your socks off!
