I have a tropical used luger that has a rust finish , I have been testing Corrosion X on it for about a year with no problems.

It is suppose to get under the rust and prevent it from forming, my fear is that it might over time remove rust bluing

Its mineral oil based, interesting for you shooters out there, they claim higher velocity if used as a barrel lubricant.

So far so good. But you know I worry about all this high tech stuff.

Will let you know if I see any detrimental results.
