Default Re: Mauser InterArms Reputation

Dear Matt,

only the 29/70 (similar to swiss model 06/29) was made using Berna tools. The other models (06/73) were made using new tools. Mauser made an investment of 750,000 dollars at the beginning of 1970.

For commemorative model (250 items for each model) special and ad hoc tools were used.

Only a little information to understand the quality of these pistols: in the 1939 Mauser was able to produce 500-600 parabellum per day. During the full production in the 1969-1985 period Mauser produced 1000 Parabellum per months.

Ciao

Mauro
