Stick with quality. Go with an Hecker & Koch USP 45 fullsize or compact version. The Hk is also family with the Luger in a "down the line" kind of way.

I find this one concealable, just stick it on my hip and she's there, and yes, I have lost 30 pounds since coming over here, so maybe I can't conceal it as well. But for that "safety" feeling, nothing like a 1911A1 type in my hand...
