Any info is appreciated on this one

Hello! New here and trying to obtain any info on this Luger possible. I know the pictures are not great but neither is my camera.

I took pics of every mark without taking it apart. The two marks on the bottom of the mag are small and difficult to make out. One looks to be a flaming bomb perhaps. Part of the other on the mag bottom may be a crown of some sort? The front strap states L.P. 219. I am sure this is just a shooter grade?
